Elizabeth Kuglitsch
My name is Elizabeth Kuglitsch-Landikusic, and I have dedicated nearly three decades to the real estate and title industry. I began my career at just 18 years old with one of the largest title companies on the East Coast in Northern Virginia. Over the years, I have gained extensive experience in title processing, real estate transactions, customer service, and problem-solving, allowing me to confidently and carefully guide clients through even the most complex transactions.
After relocating to Florida in 2012, I expanded my experience by working in property management, as a broker’s assistant, and as a transaction coordinator. These roles provided me with a well-rounded understanding of the real estate industry and strengthened my ability to support agents, buyers, sellers, and lenders throughout every stage of the transaction process.
What I enjoy most about the title industry is the investigative side of the business. I love researching complex title issues, tracing ownership histories, locating missing heirs, uncovering probate matters, and finding solutions to challenges that could prevent a transaction from closing. Whether it’s resolving liens, correcting title defects, tracking down documents, or identifying heirs needed to complete a transaction, I find great satisfaction in the research and problem-solving required to deliver clear and marketable title. To me, every property has a story, and I enjoy piecing together the details that bring a transaction to a successful closing and help families achieve their dream of homeownership.
As a fluent Spanish speaker, I am proud to assist both English and Spanish speaking clients throughout the closing process. Living and working in Southwest Florida, I understand the importance of clear communication and strive to ensure that every client feels informed, comfortable, and supported from contract to closing.
One of the most rewarding aspects of my career is being part of one of the most important milestones in my client’s lives. Seeing buyers receive the keys to their dream home especially first-time homebuyers and witnessing the excitement on their children’s faces is something that never gets old. I believe that behind every closing is a family, a dream, and a new beginning.
Outside of work, I am a proud mother of two children and enjoy spending time with family, creating lasting memories, traveling, and celebrating life’s special moments. My passion for helping others, combined with my extensive industry knowledge and dedication to exceptional service, allows me to be a trusted resource for clients and real estate professionals alike.
